BMW's best selling model, the R 1200 GS, is going to enter next season a little bit refreshed in order to keep the model at the top of the sales charts in 2010.

Improvements were mostly done on the engine. This will be according to the manufacturer stronger and will develop  110 hp (81 kW) at 6,000 revs and will have maximum torque of 120 Nm.
The engine is more flexible and promotes a more dynamic, more enjoyable driving and sound. Improving  was also made to the cylinder head that will be identical to those on the HP2 Sport model. The improved GS will be available in new color versions - white, red, metallic gray and black metal, Adventure model in metallic yellow and metallic gray.
